Grilled Pork Tenderloin Sandwiches

It’s time to throw a tenderloin on the grill for a sandwich that’s even tastier than pulled pork simmered in the crockpot all day. Top it off with a sweet onion BBQ sauce or one of your own favorites.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 (3/4-lb.) pork tenderloins
  • Vegetable cooking spray
  • 6 Multigrain or whole wheat buns
  • BBQ Sauce of your choice

Get Cooking

Mix pepper, salt, mustard and garlic powder together and rub evenly on each tenderloin, then coat lightly with vegetable cooking spray.

Cook tenderloins over a medium heat (350° to 400°) with the grill lid closed. Cook 10 to 12 minutes on each side or until the meat thermometer reads 155°. Once the tenderloins have reached the proper temperature, remove them from the grill. Let them rest for 10 minutes before cutting.

You can either cut the tenderloins into thin slices or into bite-size chunks, whichever you prefer. Serve on buns with 1 to 2 tablespoons of warm BBQ sauce. You can use your favorite ready-made BBQ sauce or make your own. Savor the flavor of these delicious grilled pork tenderloin sandwiches!
